A modern take on a classic venison dish

We’ve shared a number of Mrs Horton’s recipes with you but today we thought we’d point you in the direction of a rather delicious sounding dish that was made by one of our visitors recently.

Charlene visited us and, as part of a random recipes, challenge was looking for a local ingredient to use in a dinner. She chose our very own Charlecote reared venison. Her recipe – Rub-a-dub venison by Levi Roots!
