Kedgeree is a quick and easy dish for breakfast, luncheon or supper. It is very popular with Mrs Lucy for her breakfast.Kedgeree
- 4 oz rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb cooked fish
- pepper1. Boil the rice until tender.2. Boil the eggs until hard, cool and chop into small pieces.3. Flake the cooked fish.4. Mix all the above ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.5. Put into a saucepan with a little butter and heat through stirring to prevent burning.6. For luncheon or supper serve with a green salad.Serves 4Mrs Horton
